Dear Friends,

Welcome to our first Newsletter of 2015!
So far the year has got off to a great start with new appointments, projects finalized and new contracts in the pipeline. Completion of projects on time and to budget is very important to the team at HML! We are happy to announce last year closed with the handover of both the Vaba Lava Theatre Building and the refurbishment of the Microsoft main office, both projects here in Tallinn.

We would like to welcome on board Tim Cross and Rachel Armstrong. Tim will fill the role of Quantity Surveyor/Estimate Manager and Rachel is now our Marketing Partner.

Strategy for 2015:

Work is continuing on our newest venture, the HML office Lithuania. Ongoing contracts and new business ventures means in 2015: HML will have a representative/office in Estonia, Lithuania, Finland and Latvia too. Other features of our business include ’Owner Supervision’ Services and ’Cost Management’ Services. This means HML represents the customer’s interests in the process of construction. The main aim is to ensure that construction is performed according to the project and in compliance with EU Construction & Building Regulations to the highest quality standard. HML partners with the very best specialists in their respective fields and recruits the very best people to do the job. This means we can deliver on time and within budget on every project.
