HML Project Management would like to welcome Indrek Edesi to the team! Indrek brings to HML Project Management a wealth of experience and knowledge, as a Project Manager/Owner Supervisor & Safety Specialist. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, including Tallinna Vesi and Skanska amongst others. Indrek holds a B. A. Bachelor of International Business Administration from the Estonian Business School, and speaks Estonian, English, Russian and Finnish. We wish Indrek all the success in his future career as Project Manager/Owner Supervisor (Estonia).

HML Project Management and Cinamon Holding OÜ have signed contracts between both companies

At the beginning of July HML Project Management and Cinamon Holding OÜ  signed contracts between both companies. HML will support Cinamon with their current real estate.

Last week we got more good news about the new Cinema in T1. HML is tasked with the role out of this amazing new venue. But that’s not all, we also have the first Estonian Cinema in Helsinki Finland.

We are all looking forward to this new adventure together and delivering these projects for our Client. Busy days and nights.

HML Project Management announces winning the Fortaco Group Contract in Narva.

We are pleased to announce the contract for the new 10,000 m2 Fortaco Group Manufacturing Facility in Narva, was successfully awarded to HML Project Management. Work starts immediately. Vitali Jurov of HML will head this significant project until completion in 20 months time. HML looks forward to a successful continued working relationship with Fortaco. HML Project Managementil on hea meel teatada uuest projektivõidust – 10 000 m2 Fortaco Group´i tootmisüksus Narvas. Tööd algavad koheselt. HML poolseks esindajaks on määratud Vitali Jurov, kes juhib 20 kuu jooksul projekti töid.

HML Project Management would like to welcome Stephen Millar to the team! Stephen an ambitious and enthusiastic Civil Engineer comes to HML from significant contracts in the UK, including Ground, Finishing and Road Works (Link road projects). Stephen holds an BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering Degree from Queen’s University Belfast. HND in Civil Engineering (M,M,M) from North West Regional College, plus a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He is also a member of TMICE (Technician Member of Institution of Civil Engineers). Meiko Maiberg has recently joined the Building Consultancy Department as Project Manager in charge of new business. Prior to joining HML; Meiko worked as a Project Manager with Comfort OÜ and as a Quantity Surveyor at Markland OÜ. His expertise includes Ventilation Design Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Tendering and CAD design. Meiko is fluent in Finnish, English & Estonian. We wish Meiko all the success in his new role!
