PM Ratas Visit to Dublin & Modular Homes; Estonia’s Solution: A business delegation consisting of executives from the IT sector, wooden house manufacturers and architects, whose visit was organized by Enterprise Estonia, accompanied the prime minister on the trip. At meetings with the business community, Ratas said that Estonian businesses are interested in helping to solve Ireland’s housing shortage by supplying wooden houses to said market and creating new financing opportunities for property developers. New to the team!
Due to continued expansion of the Quantity Surveying/Cost Estimation Team at HML Project Management, we are delighted to welcome on board Kristjan Oinus. Kristjan will work along side Tim Cross (Director), in continuing to develop QS/Cost Estimation on an international level.

It is with great excitement, HML can announce the recent Grand Opening of the Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Offices in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

HML provided full due diligence, complete design, cost management and project management services for the relocation and fit out of this new 600 m2 ergonomically efficient modern open plan office.

HML Project Management would like to welcome Inessa Parinskaja to the team!
Inessa joins the Quantity Surveying Department at HML working in the QS/Cost Estimation Department.
She will work along side Tim Cross (Director), in continuing to develop QS/Cost Estimation on an international level.

Welcome Jennifer Ojakovo to the team at HML Project Management! Jennifer joins as Assistant Project Manager.
Bringing with her over 5 years of international experience in design of building mechanical systems. Jennifer holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thermo fluid) and has worked extensively with AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP and Hevacomp calculation software. Also she has vast experience of project management practices having trained as an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. We wish Jennifer all the best in her future endeavours!

This role comprises of managing day 2 day duties including liaising with our CEO and internationally based team of PM’s. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can self manage; compile invoices, manage contracts, fill in tax declarations, manage cash flow incl salary/holidays etc. Compile annual reports/documents, attentive to phone calls/mails, meetings and greet quests with a smile.
